Sagor promotes his first charity rock festival while in high school and paints its poster by hand. Although the Dean of the Painting Department at the Academy of Arts expects him personally knowing his talent through his father who was a painter and sculptor too, he applies and passes the Acting Department. Through his university days, Sagor plays at the most prominent theatres festivals (Sterijino pozorje) and plays in couple of movies with big national stars (Bercek, Bekjarev, Custic…). His graduate play, which he directed and played title role in, won the award for the best one of the year and was sold out for weeks in the National Theatre.

He leaves acting aside due to parallel work in music industry where he already worked as a TV/Radio host and producer, also promoting large music events. His first sponsorship came at age 19 by Pepsi for one of the first parties he promoted, leading up to almost two decades of organizing electronic music events in the region, while also playing throughout ex-Yugoslavia as a DJ. Invitation to join EXIT Team comes in 2003, where Sagor becomes in charge of overall communication in 2007. Apart from EXIT Festival, he has also been one of the key figures behind some of the largest shows in the region with stars like Madonna, Amy Winehouse, Red Hot Chilli Pepper, Robbie Williams, Sting, Iron Maiden, Bob Dylan, Ennio Morricone, Ozzy Osbourne…

He is also a creator of some of the most succesfull clubbing brands in the region, from which No Sleep has its stage at EXIT and promotes parties in cities like London, Barcelona, Vienna, Brussels, Glasgow and Belgrade.
