Andras has been involved in the international music industry for about 15 years now. In 2005 he was co-founder and in 2007 became the director of the music development program of the Hungarian Ministry of Culture. Between 2005 and 2007 he also served as program coordinator of Music Export Hungary. Later he worked for booking and management agency Budapestrocknroll and was CEO of the independent label Zene360. Between 2010 and 2018 he took the position of International Relations Director at Sziget Cultural Management, building an international marketing, pr and ticket sales network for Sziget and Balaton Sound festivals. In 2016 he was co-founder of the European Marketing and Communication Group within Yourope, the European Festival Association. Ha has been serving as the Head of Group since then. In 2019 he joined the RFM Somnii Festival in Portugal, as Head of International Strategy and during the same year he founded his own marketing agency Ceendicate. In 2020 he joined EXIT Festival, as International Marketing Director.
