Einar is a project manager within art music; classical, contemporary, improv, avant-garde and electronics. He works closely with the Norwegian industry festivals Borealis, Only Connect, the Bergen Festival, Ultima and others. and facilitates international guest programs to create good meeting places between the Norwegian and international art music field.
