After a background of music PR, event organisation and stage management Richie then moved into the agency sector in 2011.
Now working for Midnight Mango, a UK based agency which is representing over 180 artists mostly in Europe, some worldwide he mostly works from Czech Republic.
The company’s talent pool is spread over many genres and includes giants such as The Dead South, The Maytals, Jah Wobble, Hang Massive, East Forest, Gangstagrass and the London African Gospel Choir.
