Martiina Putnik is the head of international projects at Music Estonia and co-founder of Monday Morning Management. With a background and interest in both film and music combined with a strong international pull she has worked with various festivals like Tallinn Music Week, Reykjavík International Film Festival, Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival and Iceland Documentary Film Festival. Martiina is participating in the international capacity building programme Keychange focusing on achieving gender balance in the music industry.
