Monika Klementova has been working in the music sector over 20 years.
In 2000 her career started as a PR and marketing manager of one of the most famous music and theatre club in Prague – Palac Akropolis.
Along with that position she was also dedicated to work on international projects and export activities of the venue.
As a freelancer she was providing PR and marketing services to several music festivals and International projects such as Hip Hop Kemp, United Islands of Prague, Music On Film – Film On Music, Prague International Marathon, Invisible exhibition.
Shortly she was employed by music label Mute Records CZ right before it was taken over by EMI.
After few months of practical training at the French Music Export Office in Berlin and visit of Hungarian Music Export office she was focused on establishing the Czech Music Export Office.
In 2017 the export office SoundCzech was officially founded under the Arts and Theatre Institute, since then she has been working there as a project coordinator.
