Mladen Milić works as a legal advisor at ZAPRAF and HDU IFPI Croatia from 2016. He has been actively involved in the lobbying and transposition process of the Digital Single Market Directive in Croatia from the very beginning and has been communicating with the European Parliament, state bodies in Croatia and foreign partners such as IMPALA and IFPI. He has extensive experience in a phonogram producers’ CMO, specialized in relations with institutions at both the national and European levels, legal negotiations, and representing the organization's interests before governmental bodies. Proficient in managing legal aspects of intellectual property, copyright, and regulatory compliance, contributing to the protection and advancement of the rights of phonogram producers in Croatia. He is a law graduate and speaks several languages.
