Lia Hide is a prolific Greek songwriter, composer, singer, producer, and music educator. Trained in Greece and the UK in piano, vocals, and
songwriting, she has been teaching for the past two decades the young talent of Greece’s aspiring artists, while also producing and releasing her own albums and works for dance and theater productions.
She debuted as an EMI artist and till today contiues to work with indie labels onwards. Her music is avant-garde, dark-pop; fusing glitch with avant-
garde, cinematic with dark wave, jazz & baroque pop, woven with strong words and versatile vocals, powerful pianos & a rigid rythm section.
Enjoying many international collaborations, she's multi-awarded at numerous International Video. Film Festivals and competitions for her videos. Lia Hide has toured Europe extensively (in 22 countries since 2019) and was the Greek finalist for the 2023 HEMI Awards and a Culture Moves Europe beneficiary for 2024. She’s also represented Greece at Berkeley University (US) and has performed alongside Tricky, Die Krups, Kadebostany, Kovacs, Front242, March Violets, the Jesus and Mary Chain, Blak Uhuru, Karen Souza, Ida Nielsen and more.
