Alma has been working with UNESCO for 15 years, first as the Regional Expert for UNESCO Thematic indicators for Culture in 2030 Agenda, and as of recently in her full time capacity as Programme Officer for Culture, based in Sarajevo, but working with several countries in the SEE region under the UNESCO mandate.
She is curious about culture data and information for policy making, with a special interest to support countries in achieving 2030 Agenda and joining EU. Extremely skilful in managing stakeholders’ expectations, especially in countries with complex administrative structures and sensitive environment. Good track record in project management, including drafting and analytical skills, delivering results on time. Hard-working, efficient and solution focused.
