INEFFABLE was formed first as a trio by three music students of the Nagy István High School of Arts in the summer of 2016. After a few successful gigs at local coffee shops the band was part of a small tour around the surrounding towns promoting the Csíki Jazz Festival. They were also the performing band at the world-famous Richard Bona’s reception party.
2018

- February – first live broadcast concert at Hungarian Radio Târgu-Mureș, the Kotta Show
- April – small tour in Bucharest: 5 acts at famous jazz clubs such as Clubul Ţăranului or Jazzbook.
- June – won “Best of” Award at The International Jazz in the Park Competiton, Cluj-Napoca
- July – invited to the 10th anniversary of Csíki Jazz Festival as acclaimed young local band
- August – invited to perform at an international SOFAR event (famous for curating intimate performances in unique locations)
- November
– International Sibiu Jazz Competition (got into the final 8 among 50 competitors)
- based on their performance at the Laureate World-Jazz Competition Final, Balatonboglár the organizers of Babel Sound invited the band to the 2019 Babel Sound Festival.
2019
- January – recording of the first studio album, Neon, created entirely of original songs by the band
- 31th March – the album Neon published on YouTube
- July – as a result of their great performance on the album the band were invited to perform on the Main Stage of the JazzTM Festival
- August – first official music video
- two more live session recordings along the year, one of them at SoundCam Studio, Budapest
2020
- 15th January – for the invitation of Lőrinc Barabás, full house performance at the Budapest Jazz Club
- 4th February – participants of the event Deck at the A38 Ship Concert Hall featuring the Petőfi Literary Museum with Juhász Gábor (Gramofon and Artisjus Award winner jazz guitarist and composer) as the special guest of the band
- 7th August with Lőrinc Barabás concert in Miercurea Ciuc, Mikó castle.
2021
- Due to the Covid situation, the planned concerts were missed, but the band remained active, with 3 video clips released during this period.
- May 2021 – they released the second album NEW DIMENSION
- July – at the Fülesbagoly competition, Budapest, they became the 2nd place out of 140 productions.
In their style we find: R&B, neo funk, neo soul, jazz funk, new gospel, and pop-jazz.
