Tešky has been known for many years as the person to talk to if one wants to level up the music or stand-up career to the more prominent scale. He built this reputation already with the first band he managed 20 years ago, Slovenian etno-rap-rock-satiric duo Slon in Sadež that made significant success at the beginning of the century. He has been a manager for many Slovenian and Balkan bands ever since. His main acts currently are S.A.R.S., Happy Ol McWeasel and Elvis Jackson. Besides management, he is also a leading organizer and producer of some festivals, such as Overjam – an international more than a reggae festival, and PANČ – the biggest stand-up festival in the region. He participates in the production of the LENT festival and CASTLE festival and organizes a unique charity event, #STANDUPMARATONEC, where he combines his ultramarathon passion with a cultural program.
