Davor graduated with a master's from the Faculty of Economics in Zagreb. For seven years, he worked as a music journalist and editor (print, TV, web) and in public relations for music, film, and theatre festivals and non-profit organizations. For another six years, he worked as an A&R in discography (winner of two Porin Music Awards ).
He works as the general secretary of Unison, the umbrella association of Croatian Music Associations, the Executive Director of the Porin Music
Award, the Project Manager of the independent music journalism awards Rock&Off and Elector, the co-founder of the Croatian Music Export Office (WMMC) and CEO of SHIP showcase festival.
He runs a small record label and music festival, Mudri Brk, with his wife in their spare time.
