Eszter Décsy is an artist manager and CEO-founder of the Budapest based NOW Books & Music, a hybrid label-management collective.
With publishing and cultural studies as a background, in 2012 she founded NOWmagazin.hu, an online music and culture platform. Along these lines NOW Books & Music was born in 2015, grew fast, published several books and homes bands like Woodstock Barbie and iamyank. She’s PR and communication manager of Music Hungary Association and HAIL – Hungarian Association of Indie Labels. Recently she started EEnlarge Europe, an international educational project for grassroot music venues, co-funded by the European Union.
She’s also a big fan of travelling and fell in love with the Balkans.
