Jelena Brcković has been the programme manager at P4 – the center for youth and independent culture in Varaždin since 2019. She is also responsible for communication, PR andmanagement of social networks in P4, and together with her colleagues she started the KVART
festival, participated in the Varaždin campaign for the European Youth Capital and was one of the organizers of the European event for young people in Varaždin (EYE Varaždin). She is trying to become a better youth worker.
