Lejla was Born in Sarajevo and lived most of her life in Munich, Germany. She has long experience in organising various music events, and concerts, participating in many festivals throughout Europe, and working with many eminent Balkan musicians.
Also, she is the manager for the Barcelona Gipsy balKan Orchestra band worldwide and booking agent for the Bosnian music band: “Dubioza Kolektiv” for the German country, as well as the Bosnia solo artist Božo Vrećo for Europe.
She is known as a quality manager, putting her focus on the respect of decision-making and respect of others, quality time management in the music business, and the values of the musician and public.
