Manca is an associate of the Slovenian Music Information Centre SIGIC, which is dedicated to the promotion of Slovenian music at the national and international level (Music Slovenia).
Before joining SIGIC, she worked in Prague where she tried her hand at selling music in the film and advertising industries.
Before that, she co-curated the programme of the Cankarjada music and theatre festival at Zakon club in Vrhnika and the festival Poletje v bazenu.
She is currently working on the project »Digital train for slovenian music« and is a collaborator of the European project Europe in Sync.
