Milica Fajgelj is a Serbian-born music industry professional based in Belgrade. With a degree in audiovisual production from the Academy of Arts in Belgrade, she has dedicated over a decade to the behind-the-scenes world of music. Her career began as a music reporter for the Eurovision Song Contest in Moscow, where she developed a deep understanding of the industry’s dynamics.
Milica’s journey has included pivotal roles in organizing music festivals such as Makfest in Macedonia and Suncane Skale in Montenegro, as well as production and public relations across several Eurovision host cities, including Malmö, Copenhagen, Vienna, Stockholm, Baku, Kyiv, Oslo, and Düsseldorf, culminating in her experience in Lisbon in 2018.
Following this extensive background, Milica joined Bassivity Digital as Head of Operations. In this role, she managed artist career development, content management, brand collaborations, and program creation, producing music videos and organizing concerts and tours for a diverse roster of artists, including Bojana Vunturisevic, Zoi, Kukus, Fox, Surreal, and Coby.
Most recently, she served as the general booking and tour manager for the Balkan and Eastern Europe region for the renowned artist Senidah. Since then, she has expanded her focus to a broader range of artists, showcasing her versatility in the industry. In 2024, Milica made a triumphant return to the Eurovision Song Contest, securing a victory in the national selection with artist Teya Dora, with whom she continues to collaborate.
Milica also founded Boomerang Artist Production, where she has signed emerging talents such as Tam, Jymenik, A.N.D.R, and Retrospektiva, while actively negotiating with more artists. Passionate about music and innovation, she remains open to exploring new collaborations and projects that align with her vision for the future of the industry.
