Nikola Jovanović is the Vice President Virgin Music Group Western Balkans and Head of Society Relations, Universal Music Western Balkans. With 20 years of experience in the music business, Nikola is one of the key people in the Balkan Music Business. Currently with Virgin Music Group he is working with artists such as Joker Out, Konstrakta, Magnifico, Balkaton label, Zoe Kidah to name a few. He is also Head of Milan Mladenović Estate, organization protecting the legacy of legendary EKV front man.
He is also owner of the Kontra rights, record label and management agency which is giving advice and guidance to artists and labels.
His past experience includes being Vice President of RUNDA – Regional Association Of Independent Labels Balkans, MTV Adria Talent and Music manager, CEO and Co-Founder of Lampshade Media,
Jovanovic is a graduate of Belgrade Art Academy where he holds a degree in Music production and sound recording. Nikola is Manager of Buč Kesidi, Serbian music sensation and biggest regional band of the new generation that emerged in past 10 years. He is also manager of young and talented Iva Lorens thay will play at this year’s Ment festival.
