Nino is the founder of P4 Creative, an agency that focuses on music, events, and communication. He is one of the organizers of the KVART music festival (Varaždin, Croatia).
Together with his P4 team, they started the MP4 program in Varaždin, the all-year incubator for emerging music artists.
