Paul’s many years in the business have seen him work in every aspect of the music business starting out as an musician/teaboy in the 80s and moving through engineering and production to now managing artists, running independent labels and international radio & press promotion for in house and other labels, as well as on the road tour managing and booking many tours. Working with and for people including Bobbie Womack, Paul McCartney, Chris Squire, Tony Visconti, Seal, Buzzcocks as well as labels RCA, Sony, Parlophone, Warners, Virgin and Island.
Though he has worked with many established artists, he still retains a primary interest on developing new artists and musical trends. Co-founding Lime Records in 2005, he set up in 2018 a label and management imprint Minimal Surface to concentrate on promoting exciting new electronic, rock & Pop music & artists from across the world.
