Since 2011, Paula has been active on the music scene and involved in various cultural and creative projects. She played a crucial role in the beginnings of the LALA – Slovak Music Export initiative, which later gave rise to the currently only Slovak music showcase festival, Sharpe. She was also instrumental in the establishment of the Cvernovka Foundation and the development of the Cultural Center Nová Cvernovka, where she served for seven years as executive and program director. Alongside Matwe Kaščák, she co-founded her own booking agency, SPFM, representing electronic producers and artists from Central and Eastern Europe. Simultaneously, she has specialised for years in artistic-technical production for various music festivals, currently for the Pohoda Festival.
