Pavel works as a manager of Czech bands, for example Marjari and YI under the Dayspeed Music label. Marjari has released their debut album and won Startér this year (a competition for young talented musicians on the Radio Wave). The band can currently be seen at Czech venues and festivals, but their vision is to go on a foreign tour in the near future.
Pavel is also a promoter and producer in the city of České Budějovice, the cultural and metropolitan capital of the South Bohemian Region.
He has been studying Arts Management at the University of Economics in Prague. He has become a member of the Music Managers Forum Czech Republic, an association of music managers and booking agents.
Since 2015 he has been a music dramaturg at Budějovický Majáles, a student festival of contemporary music held annually in České Budějovice. Then he started booking The Complication band for Applause booking. In autumn 2017 he collaborated with Romek Hanzlík (Alternative Music Production) on the tour SPOLU of Czech singers Bittová & Dusilová & Načeva.
His own music production includes two punk bands – Prášek proti blbosti and Nastřižená hráz (guitar & back vocals).
