Petra works as a programmer and project manager of Palác Akropolis, a live music venue in Prague and a member of Liveurope platform. She has more than 20 years of experience in the music industry. Since 1996, she has been working as a DJ and presenter of the iconic Radio 1 – the first independent radio station in the Czech Republic. Since 2018, she has been a member of the advisory board of SoundCzech (Czech export office). She is a founder of a promoting company 8PM promotion. As a promoter and producer, she is particularly involved in the topic of women in music and since 2013 she has been regularly hosting exceptional female artists in Prague as part of Femme Fatale concert series. In the past, she was, amoung other things, the editor of music programs at Stanice O /TV Óčko, where she also hosted her own show about electronic music. She managed successful Czech bands like Never Sol, ILLE or Voila!.
