With strong communications and marketing background and over 20 years of experience in leading local and global campaigns as well as managing wide portfolio of brands, since 2020 she is the partner and CEO at Lampshade Media, Serbia, renowned indie label with versatile artists portfolio.
This was her comeback to music industry, that started in 1991 when she co-founded Rockland, indie label with a group of renowned music journalists.
Zdenka is focusing her efforts in creating the value by working with artists in developing growth strategies, authentic storytelling and revenue streams. She is initiating projects in the area of “art & entrepreneurship”, helping artists and cultural institutions to understand and develop growth strategies, consulting both sides in a form of coaching sessions, projects, panel discussion and other forms.
